aodv and dsdv working good for me, but dsr was "segmentation fault"

In aodv.cc, rt has been declared but never defined. That's probably why the segmentation fault is coming.

rt is declared here:

ns2-roadv/aodv.cc

Line 662 in 4e787d5

aodv_rt_entry *rt;

and used here:

ns2-roadv/aodv.cc

Line 676 in 4e787d5

printf(":%d:",rt->rt_hops);

But in between, it hasn't been defined.
