Handle inverse 'not in' scenario

It would be helpful to handle 'Id not in :Ids' scenarios in addition to what you have now. Maybe some sort of boolean flag you can check in the input parameters?

Will need to implement param grouping to support this feature and keep the action bulkified. Will run one SOQL per set of params.

Params:

• boolean for NOT IN
• object
• bind field
• extra SOQL criteria

This will make the action slightly less bulkified (in the occasional situations where a batch contains different params), but a lot more flexible.
