Tiny text on mobile

The site is not mobile friendly. Sometimes the text is really small - rendered just like on desktop but resized to fit the screen. It would be better if the text reflowed to fit the smaller size without shrinkage.

Should we add a viewport tag to each page header? Or some other solution?

Yeah, that design makes no provision whatsoever for mobile users. It would indeed be nice to make the design responsive, perhaps with a mobile-friendly menu too.
