[Bug]: Plugin doesn't load

Describe the bug

The plugin doesn't load (newest dev build "c561b660fdbd1a401a20d97ba744581821632b58")
I know that support for 1.21.10 isn't out yet. I just wanted to know how long it would take to add support for the version to the plugin.

Steps to reproduce

1. download artifact from "c561b660fdbd1a401a20d97ba744581821632b58"
2. download dependencies
3. put the files into /plugins
4. start the server
5. see errors

I got it working on 1.21.10 by cloning this version to my IntelliJ: https://github.com/Baktus79/jext-reborn/releases/tag/2.1.10 and just building my own .jar with the command "./gradlew clean ShadowJar" in the build-in terminal. The problem are NBT dependencies i think and with building a new .jar you fix that problem.

@JannickPvP I've uploaded a release with the working version so you just have to put it in your plugins folder
