The CPU usage of sphinx-autobuild is very high. #202

myproject repository: https://github.com/ramwin/python-reference

the htop commands shows that the sphinx-autobuild use 26.5% cpu, but there is no output in the screen (I run sphinx-autobuild with --versbose)
