Figure out N8N logging to pgsql #4
Description
Part of the goal of proper monitoring/accounting to understand usage is to log everything N8N does and visualize it on a dashboard in metabase. I need to see what it takes to enable logging, what I get from various log levels and how I can get it into postgres for visualization.
If that doesn't work, for example I can't automatically log all payloads from API calls etc, which I need to account for costing for example when calling OpenAI API or similar, I will need to have a specific log operation in the workflow, which is annoying, but so be it.
