Numeric format locale mismatch

Thanks for your work on Spliit, and congratulation on the iOS release :)

I found that when trying to type an amount of money, I can't input the cents. The issue is that the app always expects a point as decimals separator, although on my locale it should be a comma, so the numeric keypad for this field does not have a dot, only the comma.

Sounds like it is related to (or maybe even a duplicate of) #6 and that maybe #7 actually did not fix the issue, as was already hinted in #6 (comment)
