I believe we should avoid having the following line in our https://github.com/splunk/splunk-ai-operator/blob/main/tools/cluster_setup/K0S_README.md description

"wget https://github.com/mikefarah/yq/releases/latest/download/yq_linux_amd64 -O /usr/local/bin/yq"

Problem Statement

Security - this can be used as a supply chain vector
Brand - this person is not part of splunk/cisco

Proposed Solution

Maybe we should fork it you our internal repo?
