Show current jobs in admin view

Since spraakbanken/mink-backend#155 the /queue/health API is available to users in admin mode. That enables the frontend to show current jobs (or is it only the queue?) on top of the admin resource overview.

It could show a warning for exceptionally slow jobs, which may be stuck.

Clarification: The /queue/health route shows information on both running and waiting jobs (a job is still part of the queue while it's being processed).
