The second commit is intended to be applied to all projects.

A quick test demonstrated that the AGENTS.md is applied: It included the "created by AI" part.

Proposed template for a comment for AI slop.

This is overly verbose, suggesting it may be generated by AI.
We don't have time to dig through AI slop and therefore are closing this issue.
