Remove dependency to Spring Shell #1184
Description
As of v4, Spring Shell is only used in a couple of samples for some basic CLI needs. In order to minimize the maintenance burden of upgrading dependencies, the goal of this issue is to remove the dependency to Spring Shell and replace it with Java's standard CLI utilities.
