[Enhancement request] generate the openapiv3 document, and also make it avaialble in the site of maven site phase

Hello,

Just wanted to reach out with a small enhancement request.
The current plugin is really, cool, generating the openavi v3 document during the integration phase.

We can then "backport" the generated document, and host it in any website, but more as a downstream process.
Maven proposes the well-known "site" goal, which generates a website.
Within the website, we can find many interesting features, such as reports, or other documentation.

It would be great if this plugin could ease the integration with this maven step, making it easy for the website generated during the integration test phase, to be imported automatically to the website of maven site.

Something like:

This would allow an automated way to have the openapiv3 website hosted as part of the overall maven site. for later consumption.
