Implement API to trigger signing on the relayers.

Implementation

  • Add POST /v1/signatures endpoint
  • relayer that receives the request calls other relayers to announce the signing process
  • add listener on relayers that listen for new signing processes (libp2p)
  • all relayers check the details of the across order on-chain
  • store the signature in a signature cache so it can be cached and read
  • share the signature with all relayers when the process is completed

Acceptance criteria

  • API call can trigger signing process for a specific Across order
