Would be nice to add a header / footer to the slides, with e.g. a link to the source github repo, etc When running locally: - Header/footer or custom content can be added to the notebook metadata: https://rise.readthedocs.io/en/stable/customize.html#decorating-all-slides - Custom css can be added by adding a `rise.css` file But when converting to slides it seems that these are ignored (at least when I tried it)
