No logrotation for slurm daemons

Control node has the following configured:

[rocky@<redacted>-control ~]$ ls /etc/logrotate.d/
btmp  chrony  dnf  fail2ban  firewalld  httpd  kvm_stat  munge  ondemand-nginx  ood  rsyslog  samba  slurm-stats  squid  sssd  wpa_supplicant  wtmp

Note this isn't a problem for the default config where all slurm daemons log to syslog. Only if you change that (which is supported by the openhpc role)
