CodeGate warning about "attachments" package on every Copilot prompt with context #1260

Describe the issue
Every Copilot chat request that includes a file in context is including a warning from CodeGate about an archived npm package called "attachments". I'm guessing the word "attachments" is in the system prompt from Copilot.
Steps to Reproduce
Make any request via Copilot that includes a file as context.
