Submissions strategy listing

Currently submissions are organized by names, but it's difficult to navigate to find certain submissions that use certain strategies/frameworks (e.g. Redux, Yolk, etc). It is possible to have either a wiki index that has a short description of each submission, or at least, have the folders organized by "name-strategy".
