Question about uploading

I have a one+ - i was about the build but it is unclear how to upload to this device.
Can I just use the Arduino studio to upload the bin?
What board should I set in the Arduino IDE?

ESP32 Dev Module is the board to select - and I did get builder to up date the firmware
too bad it does not seem to work - no AP no BE connectivity (it did with the stock firmware)
Says no mems, so SD card. When of course they are both there. Pretty useless.
