Link scenes in DB when they are just a re or alt release

It would be nice to have a link in StashDB to acknowledge times when the IP owner either just releases the same scene under a new label or resolution. It would help for those of us that want to keep duplication in our datasets to a minimum to have a Alias or AKA field for a scene much like IAFD does.

As example:
https://stashdb.org/scenes/2b96bd32-e30e-470a-b270-e7d22855a131 is released under EroticaX, is 29:08 long, and has a PHash of a9b206555ed941e7

https://stashdb.org/scenes/6452207f-fa09-47ea-8f30-3acfee3dc7f3 is released under SexArt, is 29:33 long, and has a PHash of 89180b6bf7e7209e

However people have submitted the first as the second 44 times as they are functionally the same.

Another example:
https://stashdb.org/scenes/7bdddf2a-f597-4442-85bf-acdaa81eede7 is the original release
https://stashdb.org/scenes/8635ccca-0bfe-4fd1-8776-e045d0be15a4 is a 4k rerelease

The most submitted PHashes for both are the exact same, the Name is the same with the exception being that the second has "in 4K" added to the end.
