Steps to reproduce

Notifications are not consistently delivered as expected. While some notifications do arrive, there are cases where a message is received in the chat but the corresponding notification is not triggered

• Status app version: v2.38 RC1
• Operating System and version: iOS 26
• Mobile Device: iPhone 17

@sunleos not sure if we'll be able to fix this in 2.38. There are a few moving parts:

• APNs throttling
• Our push servers simply don't receive the message in time. Or not at all (message reliability). It doesn't matter if we receive the message on the device. What matters for push to work is for our infra servers to receive the message in time.
