Step-GUI open weight model availability

Hi GELab Team,

congratulations on your Step-GUI paper! The results look fantastic.

Thank you for releasing the 4B preview model. I was wondering, are there any plans to open-source the 8B model weights for local use as well, or if the intention is to keep that version API only for now?

Looking forward to trying it out!

Thank you for your interest in our work.

1. The current API model is not the same as the 8B version described in the paper, and we will continue to update it over time.
2. We will be releasing even stronger models in the near future, so please stay tuned.
