Setting ENABLE_ASYNC_HALOS in examples/lfric/scripts/everything_everywhere_all_at_once.py fails with the LRFic trunk with FFSL, this code uses 2 transformation: Dynamo0p3AsyncHaloExchangeTrans and MoveTrans.
