[Feature Request] Call forgetClosedTab when "Deletes History Temporary Containers" is enabled

Vimium C's Vomnibar shows a list of recently closed sessions (gdh1995/vimium-c#347 (comment)), which includes "Deletes History Temporary Containers" tabs.

Is it possible to add an option to call forgetClosedTab when closing a tab to disable restoring recently closed tabs as suggested in gdh1995/vimium-c#900 (comment)?

I am not sure what the relationship between sessions and contextualIdentities is and whether this feature is something TC can/should deal with.
