Notes getting lost all over the place

We just did a retro and it felt like in each stage of the retro, a large amount of team notes got lost.
The tool felt completely broken. Sorry for being a party-pooper but this was unusable.
Possibly related to shaky wifi, but the tool should be able to handle this.
