Feature description
Alright, I'm aware there's already a feature request for this, but that was 3 years ago, undetailed, and seems to have been overlooked.
Currently, the heart monitor item outputs nothing regardless of scenario:

My idea is for the heart monitor to output different types of signals based on events.
Red: Activates upon flatline, deactivates upon recovery.
Green: Activates upon pulse for an adjustable duration
Blue: Indicates patient presence; whether a human is attached to the device.
Critically, all three of these should have single/double trigger options independent of each-other, for maximum usability.
Feature purpose
This would be incredibly useful for scenarios and contraptions, allowing for automatic revival without using the life detector, for example.
Additional context
No response
