JetBrains Mono includes ligatures for |= and ||=, which can be really helpful when writing Ruby. It would be great if Maple Mono could support this as well!

I removed them from ligatures in #174 (comment)

Can you share more details about your experience? I'm not familiar with Ruby.

I'm using mRuby with DRGTK, and I frequently use this operator to set default values for many objects. I find the ligature quite nice, but I saw the linked comment and completely understand the reasoning behind its removal

Thanks for understanding.

TBH that's a little outdated. I'm open to reimplement it as a stylistic set in next version, since it is requested many times.
