Macos 15 'writing tools' not available on right click

Description of the bug

In 99% of Macos apps, if you select some text, you get a contextual menu called 'writing tools' to make differents AI based modifications to the text.
In Sublime Text this menu is not shown

Steps to reproduce

1. Select some text and Right click

Expected behavior

1. Select some text and Right click
2. See the 'writing tools' entry

Actual behavior

1. Select some text and Right click
2. No 'writing tools' entry
