click does not change input location when using korean alphabet

Description of the bug

while typing korean alphabet, I can not change input location by clicking. Typed letters are inserted after the last letter I was typing, not the clicked location.

ST works fine on Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

1. Start ST in safe mode (does not fix the bug)
2. type korean alphabet
3. after the square appears on the korean alphabet, the input location does not change by mouse click.

Expected behavior

change input location by clicking

Actual behavior

can not change input location by clicking
