Add info to the repo

It would probably be a good idea to add:

• A proper README following our template.
• A CONTRIBUTING.md file.
• A code of conduct - The Berlin Code of Conduct should suffice.
• A license so we can wreak havoc by allowing us to yank previous versions and break the internet.

As far as the license goes I'm leaning towards ISC, which is essentially MIT without unnecessary and ambiguous language.
