Extension isn't showing up in app stores

I have this extension installed on an already existing chrome browser on my PC and I love it.
I got a new laptop and wanted to add the extension here as well, but it cannot be found on the chrome extension store (nor firefox). Links to it take you to a 404 error page.

Just wondering if there is anything that can be done to bring the extension back?
or if there is a way to install the extension manually using these files?
