🎒 Back to school release v5.6

[virgile-dev]

We've worked hard over the summer for v5.6 which contains improvements that were long awaited by the education community.

We financed our good friends over BlockNote so that you can finally

• Write and render LaTeX and Mermaid.js in your documents in real-time!

That were painfyully missing, we also added:

• A find and replace feature
• A way to copy the anchor link of a specific block
• A word count
• A favourite tab. Replacing the "pinned documents" that didn't scale in the left panel of the docs index.

We hope you enjoy it!
