Bug Report

The video does not display sometimes, it seems to be a bit more on Chrome, but I got the problem on Firefox as well.

It seems link to the Baleen challengejs, I tried to exclude webm but it does not work every times.

How to reproduce

• After a hard refresh, the videos usually work
• Copy the url
• Close window
• Open new window to the copied url
• The video does not load
