suman-daemon should log the command of each process it runs

Right now the logs are perpetually:

```console
$ suman-daemon
 [suman-daemon] checking if existing process is listening on port
 [suman-daemon] suman is already installed globally, that's great.
 [suman-daemon] found suman-daemon global installation.
 [suman-daemon] now starting suman-daemon...
```

but we should log a new line of info for each test run
