登录的时候，client_id 为0 #157

环境配置好之后，访问登录页面，跳转至github授权页面，url中的client_id字段为0，在.env.local.php文件中明明有配置，手动改掉之后继续访问，又报错：

尝试找原因，但是仍旧没找到，求解决。。。
