I attempted to batch-rename my Adobe Lightroom photos by applying a simple rule to insert "LR-" at the beginning of their filenames. Unfortunately, after starting the process, all my photos were reduced to thumbnails only, and clicking them now displays a gray square with a white exclamation mark. Worse, the files were not even renamed. I regret using that application.
