[Feature]: Preload first part of the next episode

What feature do you want to add?

Expanding on #87's idea. My request is a simple (for the user) but very effective way of smoothly continuing watching a series. When ending an episode, and you click "Next Episode" but this leads to searching every source when a source already has been found. Other than #87 (going for the same source again) you already preload the first part of the next episode.

Why do you want to have this feature?

As already stated, it's a very effective way of smoothly continuing watching a series.
