It seems that the links to IO and Mathematics formatted properly.

Please submit a PR with the links and I can merge it. BTW, where did you find the broken link? I tried Math and IO from the READMe page and it worked for me.

The problem was in that github.io/ does not render the shortened markdown like the README does. Fixed it. Thanks.
