Cannot update the NetBSD package

Hi,

Just for info, I cannot update the NetBSD package, yet.
v26.5.6 requires Rust-1.95 to build and we are currently on 1.94.1. We are usually on Rust stable -1, sometimes -2, so I cannot do anything and we will stay on v26.1.22.

I could build it locally as I'm on 1.96.0-beta.5 but, that doesn't meter for the package.
Let's see when 1.95 lands on the main branch.
