Description:
This pull request includes the following changes to the Hebrew translations in the validators.he.xlf file:

- Fixed several translation issues to improve clarity and accuracy in the Hebrew language.
- Approved existing translations that were initially flagged for review.
- Ensured consistency with Symfony's translation guidelines for technical terms.
- No new features or functionality have been changed; only verbal content has been updated.
