SynapSeq 3.2.2

Starting with this release, using SynapSeq is easier than ever.
You can now download precompiled executables from the Releases, no compilation required, or install it instantly via Homebrew on macOS and Linux:

🧩 Fixes and Maintenance (3.2.2)

• Removed "Press Enter to exit..." prompt on Windows to ensure smooth execution in CI/CD and non-interactive environments.

Improvements

• Updated CLI help output to exclude manpage suggestion on Windows, as manpages are not typically available on that platform.
• stderr is now used for error messages, while stdout is reserved for regular output. This ensures proper redirection and logging of errors.
• -version flag includes build date and commit hash for better traceability of builds.

The distributed binaries are not digitally signed.
On Windows and macOS, your system may show a warning when running the app for the first time.
Simply allow the execution manually, SynapSeq is safe and requires no installation.
