How to open spsq file on Windows?

Trying to load an example file (Windows x64: synapseq-v3.2.2-windows-amd64), no matter what I try; quotes, forward slashes, relative paths, nothing works. I get:

synapseq: error loading sequence file: open @presetlist: The system cannot find the file specified.

I'm looking forward to a new-and-improved SBaGen, but I'm stuck at this basic thing.
What's the trick?

Hi,

please update to v3.4.0 and run the Windows integration command:

synapseq -install-file-association

This will register .spsq files as a native type in the system, so you can open, test, and edit sequences directly from the Explorer without dealing with paths or quoting issues.
