Feature request: output to show user selection

Heya! We're starting to use some of these scripts for our update policies and they've been great so far! As of right now, though, the logging that jamf picks up isn't all that useful. Regardless of if someone selects OK (forced update), OK (deferral prompt), or Cancel (deferral prompt), the logging just picks up exit code 0. Would it be possible to add some output that shows user selection when there is a prompt?
