Bug-fix release 1.14.2.4

This release:

• fixes issues with turtle graphics for angles that are multiples of 45 degrees.
• removes utils/zeptoforth_venv that was previously erroneously included from .tar.gz files.
• adds functionality to utils/package.sh to remove utils/zeptoforth_venv from generated .tar.gz files.

Ah! By the way: I mistakenly order 16MB PSRAM chips insteag of 8MG PSRAM chips for my Waveshare RP2350 Pi Zero boards.
Do you see any problems (beside that the upper 8MB may be unused or shadowed) using these instead of real 8MB PSRAM chips?

About your PSRAM chips, the main issue I foresee is detection of the PSRAM size. The problem is that zeptoforth queries the PSRAM chip as to its size, and has functionality to detect 1, 2, 4, and 8 MiB but not 16 MiB PSRAM chips. What would probably happen, from glancing at the code, is your chips would be detected as having a mere 1 MiB of space rather than 16 MiB of space.
