config.php required in non-Tad themes

When I use a standard XOOPS theme (e.g. xswatch4), I've got this error:

Warning: require_once(/themes/xswatch4/config.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in file /modules/tadtools/class/Tools.php line 49

Error: Error: Failed opening required '/themes/xswatch4/config.php' (include_path='.;C:/php/pear') in file /modules/tadtools/class/Tools.php line 49

Is there a chance to make an adjustment that TadTools will also work with non-Tad themes?
