(enhancement) Add pywal/matugen background integration

I was wondering if you would ever plan to add pywal/matugen theming options based off wallpapers that can generate themes on the fly with wallpaper switching. I think it would be a cool feature and make theming our omarchy setups a little more personal based off our favorite wallpapers.
