support for @apply in components

For many of us who use tailwind with vue 3, we use the styles within <style> for now with @reference I have included our input file.
It would be great to do it natively, because having taildwind in <style> does not help keep our code more modular and organized, I hope you think about this for future versions or updates to v4, tailwind is powerful and with this it would be more than that. THANK YOU
