Is there a way to create functional variant ?

In the doc, you found : group-*. But what if I want to create my own variants ?

class-radio-checked:bg-blue-900

//with not
class-radio-not-checked:bg-blue-900

//unfortunately it won't work
group-[.radio]-not-checked : bg-blue-900

Have you checked out custom-variant?

Yes, I checked it out before. But it doesn't support functional variants :

@custom-variant my-variant-*

The idea is to make it work like :
not-*
group-*
