Configurable default color theme (typography plugin)

When using a custom color theme or a non-default grayscale, it must be defined alongside prose again in every instance. Would it be possible to define the default color theme when importing, as is possible with the className?

  theme: zinc;

zinc syntax in @plugin isn't supported. Use a wrapper class...

@utility prose-default {
  @apply prose prose-zinc;
}

Then use

class="prose-default".

No built-in @plugin option exists for a default gray palette.
