Renaming work apps affects the primary app's name

When I attempt to rename an app within my work profile (e.g., Teams, Outlook), the name of the corresponding primary/main app (the one outside the work profile) is also changed.

I tried to change one of the outlook to Q outlook. But both app names got changed.
