1330 - View progress of all users as admin

Changes

• Add an endpoint GET /users/allProgress to fetch an array containing progress of all nodes for all users.
• Add a view for the admin to see a table of all user progress. The view includes a table with each node as a column and each user as a row. The column header for each node can be clicked, which takes the user to the lightbox for that node.
• Add CircularProgress component that could be used in the future for other things.
